2. Our Services
Our services may include identifying and attracting talent, advertising roles, reviewing applications, screening candidates, conducting interviews or assessments, providing human resources consulting, and arranging permanent or temporary placements.
The scope, fees, placement terms, guarantees, and responsibilities applicable to a particular engagement will be determined by the relevant agreement or written arrangement with the client. We may decline, suspend, or discontinue a service where appropriate.
3. Information on Our Site
Information published on our site is provided for general information and recruitment purposes. Role descriptions, remuneration information, availability, eligibility requirements, and other details may change without notice and may be supplied by clients or other third parties.
Although we take reasonable care, we do not warrant that all information is complete, current, accurate, or suitable for your particular circumstances. You should make your own enquiries before relying on information or accepting an engagement.
4. Job Seekers and Candidates
You must provide information that is accurate, complete, and not misleading when creating a profile, submitting an application, or participating in our recruitment process. - Any decision to engage or employ a candidate remains subject to the relevant client’s requirements and applicable law.
5. Clients and Hiring Organisations
Clients must provide accurate information about roles, duties, workplace conditions, remuneration, qualifications, safety requirements, and any applicable legal or regulatory obligations. Clients are responsible for assessing candidates and confirming that a proposed placement meets their operational and legal requirements.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, clients remain responsible for supervision, workplace health and safety, lawful employment practices, workplace policies, payroll obligations, and any required checks or approvals relating to their personnel.

Temporary staffing arrangements are subject to the applicable engagement terms. Placement availability, assignment duration, duties, hours, location, and remuneration may change in accordance with those terms and the requirements of the relevant workplace.
Temporary workers must comply with lawful workplace directions, safety requirements, confidentiality obligations, and applicable workplace policies. Clients must promptly notify us of any material change, incident, performance concern, or safety issue relating to a temporary worker.
7. Screening and Checks
Where authorised and legally permitted, screening may include identity, qualification, entitlement to work, reference, background, or other checks relevant to a role. The availability and scope of checks may vary. No screening process can guarantee a candidate’s future conduct, suitability, performance, or ongoing eligibility.
